The Dermatology Foundation of Bangladesh (DFB) successfully conducted the Master Class on Trichoscopy & Hair Loss Disorder on 27 August 2026 at Aurora Skin & Aesthetics.

This specialized academic program was designed for postgraduate doctors to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in the diagnosis and management of hair loss disorders through trichoscopy. The master class covered key aspects of trichoscopic examination, patient assessment, differential diagnosis of hair loss disorders, interpretation of trichoscopic findings, treatment planning, and current approaches to hair loss management. Through interactive lectures, case-based discussions, and practical demonstrations, participants gained valuable insights into the clinical application of trichoscopy in hair and scalp disorders.

A total of 11 postgraduate doctors attended the program. The academic sessions were conducted under the expert supervision of Prof. Dr. S.M. Bakhtiar Kamal and Prof. Dr. Mahabub Shahin. Their extensive clinical experience, expert guidance, and mentorship greatly enriched the learning experience and contributed to the success of the program.

The event concluded with a Certificate Giving Ceremony, during which certificates were presented to all participants by the distinguished faculty members in recognition of their successful completion of the master class.
